I am using Adobe Muse CC (responsive) to build the website. I have three breakpoints set for different screen resolutions 725, 1030 & 1200+ This is the actual page, works fine on desktop browsers, but not mobile apparently. I have selected 'Yes' to responsive in Jotform preferences and even tried adding the widget to see if that would work, but no luck so far.

Here's the link to the website page in question: Thanks! Steve & Pete. I think the problem is caused by JotForm. I'm using standard breakpoints 1024,768, 550 320. I tried everything but it did not work. The form shows only at the largest breakpoint.
