The Getrag 717.400 (or its variants) is the only known drop in replacement five-speed for the OM617.9XX engine (or its four cylinder cousin). You will need the correct Flywheel (38 pounds and it will need to be neutral balanced).

You will need a specific front section of the driveshaft. You will need the 'correct' trans cross member, although folks have been able to use other types. Since your car is already a stick (4 speed), then you got the pedal assembly already hooked up. And, you will need the correct 5 speed shifter, the correct shift linkages, the correct back up light switch, and a few things I am forgetting. I bought a 5 speed in a running car and it had some pretty major hack jobs, For example, the prior owner thought it was clever to take the original front section of the driveshaft and chop off about 2' inches and jam it into the center bearing.

I drove on that for a year and was super lucky no issues. The original car itself lasted about a month before the rust issues caused me to believe it was a major safety issue just to drive it. The linkages are hack jobs too from a 4 speed. The shifter was 'correct' but it needs a rebuild. There are a zillion ideas out there from folks dropping in this or that transmission. Do they work? Is that a lot of time and ulimately money?

If you want a drop in replacement, make sure you get all the parts. There are a few folks out there selling 5 speed set ups (Getrag 717.400). They are asking $2000 to $3000.

That's the going rate. I sold a kit less the flywheel on the cheaps for $2000 and that included shipping.
